    1. What Personal Information Does Roger Collect?<\/strong><\/p>

    Roger collects personal information that you enter on our Platforms or otherwise provide conducting business utilizing the Platforms. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. For purposes of this Policy, “Personal Information” means individually identifiable information about an individual consumer that we collect online and that we maintain in an accessible form. The types of Personal Information we collect includes name, address, email, phone number, financial information, and other information you choose to provide. Roger collects only that Personal Information that is relevant for the purposes for which the data is requested. Roger uses your Personal Information as further described in this Policy and does not use your Personal Information in any way that is incompatible with the purposes for which it was collected or for which you have consented.<\/p>

    In addition to the above, the App also requires access to your device camera to enable uploading of load and delivery information.     2. Does Roger Use Cookies?<\/strong><\/p>

    THE SITE<\/strong><\/p>

    When you use our Sites, we will collect certain information by automated means, such as through device logs, server logs, cookies, and other technologies. The information we collect in this manner includes the device type used, the mobile operating system, device identifiers and similar unique identifiers, device settings and configurations, IP addresses, battery and signal strength, usage statistics, referring emails and web addresses, dates and times of usage, actions taken on our Sites, geolocation (on a city-regional basis), and other information regarding use of our Sites.<\/p>

    This information helps Roger improve its Sites and facilitates your experience when accessing our Sites. Roger may also utilize the information to create new apps and functionality to improve your experience and to better understand user analytics.     We also use the YouTube API Services to embed videos on the Sites making it easier for you to retrieve and view video content about the Roger services. These cookies are used by YouTube to store information regarding statistics associated with views of videos and information pertaining to your video preferences when watching embedded videos. When you access or use YouTube to view these videos, the use is subject to YouTube\u2019s Privacy Policy<\/a><\/span><\/span> and Terms of Service<\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>

    We may work with service providers that provide services to Roger.
